This update helps resolve an issue with Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773) where the BITS 2.0 service wrote an invalid value in the FilesNotToBackup registry key. This invalid value may cause backup applications to fail or incorrectly exclude files from backup. This update changes the registry value so the backup applications are not affected.
