CoolerMaster Aerogate 3 ALD-V03

Price: $82.50

Introduction:
The Coolermaster Aerogate 3 is a fan/temperature control panel “designed to display temperatures and speeds for 4 independent channels” and “control fan speed and temperature alerts”.
The Aerogate 3 is a product that I really liked and would highly recommend! I couldn’t wait to install it and try it out, however it has some quirks to it which I found to be quite odd and annoying.

Package:
The Aerogate comes in a purple box which is very attractive. It has specifications and features listed all over the box. The unit itself is well protected by a foam surround which separates the wiring from the control panel. However no foam could be placed on the top on the panel, so if the box was turned upside down, the face of the unit will rub on the cardboard.

What’s in the box?
• 1 x Aerogate Control Panel
• 4 x Thermal Sensors
• 4 x Fan extension cables
• 1 x 4-pin Molex power extension
• Screws!!

The Aerogate mounts in a single 5¼” drive bay. The panel itself is very nice to look at, it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb, but it is more than enough to make a good addition to the front of your case.
