Antec Truepower 430 Power Supply - Page 4
Posted by Mitchell on 09 September 2004 (7268 views) Rating: 2.27

After installation and booting up I noticed that the noise level was considerably lower than my single (non-ball bearing) fan 300watt PSU and the voltages did not change even under stress from gaming and running 5x80mm fans and a backlit LCD module. Also my case temperature dropped from 25 degrees to 22 degrees from the extra air movement through my case.

The Antec Truepower 430 holds steady voltage levels fulfilling the claims made with their Truepower product range. It is a power supply designed for people looking for stability, efficiency and noise reduction. There is no question that the Antec Truepower 430 delivers all of these features in a true performance package. Well done Antec!

Pros:
- Very stable voltages
- Quiet fans

Cons:
- Only one connector is sleeved (just being picky)

AusPCWorld Rates the Antec Truepower 430
