Introduction

WaterCooling has been around for a while, but has always been either too expensive, too complex or the thought of running a liquid throughout your PC has put many PC users off using a kit of this nature. However companies such as Coolermaster have invested time and money into developing a kit that is not only simple to install, but does the job it is supposed to do - Cooling your CPU with Liquid. Today we take a look at the Coolermaster Aquagate Liquid Cooling Kit.

The AquaGate system is an all-in-one water cooling system suitable for Socket 478 (Intel), Socket A or Socket 754/939/940 (AMD). It comes with several features that allow it to be installed with a minimum of fuss and to allow people to experience water cooling without having to find and piece together individual components.


What’s In the Box:



Opening up the large box we find a myriad of components. It looks a bit daunting when you see all of these parts, but reading the comprehensive instruction manual it becomes much less intimidating.




Inside the box you will find the following components:

* 6.5mm / 10mm water pipes with pipe clips
* Non leaking pipe plugs
* 110V AC Cable and 220V AC Cable Convertor
* Water Block
* Socket 478 and 754/940 water block mounting retention set

* Cables - D-bus, Thermal Sensor, Shutdown Cable, LCD Extension and 4 Power Pin.
* Coolant - 1 Bottle

As you can see Coolermaster has included everything needed in order to install your aquagate system with ease. The inclusion of installation kits for the Intel socket 478 or the AMD 754/940 make it a carefree install for any hardware type.
